Full Management Service

Our full management service includes all everything needed to stop you worrying about your property.  You will still need to pay any mortgage and services charges on the property but we will attend to all other matters including al the items listed under our Tenant Introduction Service plus

Collecting the rent
Accounting to you monthly
Rental arrears management (i.e. we do the chasing and related administration work)
Arrangement for Gas Safety and Electrical Safety checks as needed
Internal inspections to monitor condition
Ensuring compliance with ever changing relations
Property maintenance and management of repairs - obviously at your cost – including dealing with things like:

Burst pipes or leaks
Failure of water, gas or electricity supply or installation
Breakdown of central heating system or hot water system
Failure of the water mains supply
Blockage or flooding of drains and sewers
Pest infestation
