Our newly reduced all inclusive sole agency fee to sell your property is just 0.65%* (plus VAT) but it doesn't mean you compromise on service.
Our fee includes the cost of professional photography, floorplans and a, 3D virtual tour. We’re confident that our team can value your property at the right price, market it to the right buyers and provide the right service to successfully complete your sale so making moving easy.
There are no hidden extras as our marketing fees and all property listings are included in our price and don’t forget it’s always better to put up a ‘For Sale’ board to ensure extra interest.
If you are currently on the market but haven't yet found a buyer and are thinking of using us an an additional agent our multiple agency rate is only 1.50% plus VAT.
