Nope. Our fees are transparent and on our Tenant Introduction Service we don’t see the need to charge a renewal fee for tenants choosing to remain in your property.  If you or the tenant decides to give notice and you ask us to re-market the property and find a new tenant we would then charge you our normal fee according to the service you then choose.

With lettings it is normal that the same rates apply regardless of whether the property is being marketed by more than one agent.  We don't charge more - but you ought to check with another agent if you are considering using them. 

Often the most common complaint we receive from landlords after a tenant has moved out isn’t that a knife or fork is missing, it’s that the property needs to be re-decorated due to spills on carpets, scuffs on skirting boards or that it is dirty enough to warrant a professional clean before the next tenant moves in. To avoid this, an inventory documents in detail the condition of the property prior to a tenant moving in, complete with photographs. Having an inventory not only puts a landlords mind at rest but also assures the tenant that an independent party has carried this out and is not just acting on behalf of the landlord.
